These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of wooden showpieces and the booking of Chardham Yatra tour packages. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General
Uttranchal Tourism offers handcrafted wooden showpieces of Indian temples and dhams, along with pilgrimage tour services, primarily for the Chardham Yatra in Uttarakhand.
These Terms apply to all users of our website, whether you’re browsing, purchasing, or booking a tour.
2. Product Orders
All wooden showpieces are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, or design from the product images shown.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
Once an order is placed, you can not cancel the product.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days for most regions.
Uttranchal Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted, Exchange/Replacement are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Exchange/Replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No returns/refunds/Exchange/Replacement on customized or made-to-order products.
5. Tour Bookings – Chardham Yatra
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as agreed upon.
In case of cancellations by the customer, cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy.
Uttranchal Tourism is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must carry valid ID proof and follow all safety guidelines during the tour.
6. Payments
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
We accept payments via secure online payment gateways.
In case of payment failure, your order or booking will not be confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, logos, text, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Uttranchal Tourism.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Uttranchal Tourism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in our tours.
While we take utmost care in curating experiences and products, customer discretion is advised.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
