1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our wooden showpieces across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional campaigns.
5. Delays in Transit
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Uttranchal Tourism is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Courier/logistics company issues
Natural calamities or weather disruptions
Political disturbances or strikes
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
6. Packaging
All items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. In the rare case that your product is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Exchange & Replacement Policy.
7. Chardham Yatra Bookings
Tour-related documents or kits (if applicable) will be shared digitally or shipped to your address as per your package details.
Shipping charges for physical materials, if any, will be communicated during booking.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the courier tracking number and link. You can track the delivery status online.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be eligible for a refund.
Reshipping will only be done at the customer’s expense.
