1. No Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure all details, including product selection and shipping information, are accurate before confirming your purchase or booking.
2. Exchange & Replacement Eligibility
We only offer exchange or replacement in the following situations:
You received a damaged or defective wooden showpiece.
You received an incorrect product (different from what was ordered).
Note: Slight variations in color, design, or texture are normal in handmade products and do not qualify for exchange or replacement.
3. Conditions for Exchange or Replacement
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item via email or WhatsApp.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your request is verified, we will guide you through the exchange/replacement process.
5. Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days (subject to stock availability).
If the original item is out of stock, we will offer you an exchange with a similar item of equal value.
6. Tour Services
No exchanges or replacements are applicable for tour bookings once confirmed.
In case of major changes in itinerary or cancellations initiated by us, suitable alternatives or rescheduling will be offered.
